Our Staff

Jared is the owner of Jared J. Dufault, Ltd.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and brings over 13 years of public accounting experience to the firm.  Over the years, he has built up significant experience in small business planning and tax compliance for businesses and individuals, along with being a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.  He is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs and is actively involved in the Waseca Lions Club.  He received his accounting degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 1999. 

Kathleen V Anttila

Kathleen (Katy) has been with Jared J. Dufault, Ltd. since 2005.  She is an Enrolled Agent and brings over 28 years of public accounting experience to the firm.  Her areas of expertise, within the firm, include tax preparation, planning, and consulting.  She is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and currently serves as the Mayor of Elysian, MN.  She received her business education degree from the University of Minnesota in 1972 and her accounting degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 1986.

Nancy E Bushlack

Nancy has been with Jared J. Dufault, Ltd. since 2005.  As the Accounting Manager, she monitors most of our day-to-day services associated to bookkeeping and payroll.  Her bookkeeping service responsibilities mostly includes data entry, bank reconciliation, and financial statement analysis.  Her payroll service responsibilities mostly includes calculation, processing, and report filing.  She also works extensively with sales tax returns, workers compensation audits, and year-end reporting related to 1099s and W-2s.              

Nancy lives in Waseca and is the proud grandmother of 5 grandchildren.

Tina L Wirtz

Tina has been with Jared J. Dufault, Ltd. since 2010.  As the Office Manager, she handles most of the day-to-day responsibilities associated with making our firm run smoothly.  She is usually the friendly face or voice that assists our clients with whatever questions or concerns they may have.  She also assists in handling many of our bookkeeping and payroll services while getting quite proficient in Quickbooks and is in charge of our electronic filing of tax returns and year-end information returns.
